Kathy E. Bojczuk is the founding and managing member at Bojczuk & Zadrozny LLC where she concentrates in family and real estate law matters. She was born and raised in Chicago and is a fluent Polish speaker.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association. Besides her legal practice, she devotes time to pro bono matters for several legal aid organizations like CARPLS and Chicago Legal Aid in connection with foreclosure mediations and family matters.
Kathy attended and graduated with a J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. While in law school, she clerked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Traffic Division and at the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office, where she worked on sensitive family law matters.
In addition to growing a successful Chicago law practice, Kathy has experience in publications with the American Bar Association in Washington, D.C. as Editor-in-Chief of various magazines, newsletters, and annual reports. Moreover, she also worked for the Administrative Court in Washington, D.C. assisting administrative judges in human services cases. With this unique background, Kathy has gained extensive knowledge about law, effective writing, and dealing with people in high-pressure situations. She can put this experience to work for you.
Kathy E. Bojczuk
Artur Zadrozny is the founding and managing member at Bojczuk & Zadrozny LLC where he represents individuals and businesses in bankruptcy matters. He also assists individuals in business transactions, especially in business formations, contract negotiations and debt settlement. He speaks Polish fluently and frequently provides bilingual legal services to the Polish speaking community, which includes his time as a pro-bono attorney at the Amicus Polonaie Legal Clinic.
Artur is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He obtained his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law where he served as a legal intern in the law school's Civil Law Clinic and helped low-income clients in divorces, adoptions, collections and contract dispute matters. Additionally, Artur was a photographer for his law school's newspaper, The Forum.
Before attending law school, Artur worked as a paralegal at the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee Marilyn O. Marshall, handling consumer bankruptcy cases. Prior to founding Bojczuk & Zadrozny LLC, Artur worked as an associate attorney at a boutique bankruptcy law firm focusing on small business Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization cases.
In addition to managing a law firm, he also is the President of the Bridgeview Garden Condominium Association, where he oversees the Association’s monthly accounting and yearly budgets, he holds quarterly board meetings, facilitates disputes between unit owners, and assists in enforcing the rules and regulations of the Association.
Some of the organizations where Artur holds an active membership include the Illinois State Bar Association, GOA Regional Business Association, and Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce.
